What Does the Football Camp Include?
This camp is designed to help athletes improve their football skills and prepare for the upcoming season. The camp will provide an all encompassing approach at developing the athletes.
Each day will feature:
– Position-specific training
– Offensive and defensive drills
– 1-on-1 sessions (filmed)
– Skelly drills (filmed)
– Speed and agility training
– H.I.I.T. training
– Tackling, blocking, and special teams skill development
– Fun drills and more!
All filmed sessions will be uploaded to Hudl for player access.
What is “Shells” Football
“Shells” football is a training method where athletes wear helmets and shoulder pads only, reducing injury risk while maintaining game-like conditions. Contact is controlled, and players stay on their feet for a safer yet dynamic experience.
Equipment Information
Atom & Peewee Players – Families will be responsible to approach their respective community / school teams and request to borrow equipment. Players will need to bring a helmet, shoulder pads & cleats.
Bantam Players – All equipment provided
RAW Sports will provide jerseys during the camp
