Program Overview
This customized field training block is built for Calgary Colts players participating in RAW’s off-season development program. Sessions are structured to build high-level athletic movement, sprint mechanics, and football-specific agility through progressive, competitive on-field training.
Each session includes:

Sprint Development: Acceleration, top-speed mechanics, and posture control

Agility & Plyometric Work: Change of direction, lateral transitions, reactive drills

Competitive Movement: Integrated football-speed scenarios and positional application
Sessions increase in intensity and specificity as the summer progresses, moving from raw speed development into position-specific game prep.
