2026 Jr. Cardinals All Star Team Powered By RAW Sports

The Jr. Cardinals All Star Team is an elite opportunity for standout players in the U10, U12, and U14 age divisions to take their Flag Football game to the next level. Athletes will represent the Jr. Cardinals at the highest level of competition, going beyond the regular season to test their skills against the best players in Alberta.

How It Works

All-Star athletes will participate in three dedicated practices in Calgary, where they’ll sharpen their skills and build team chemistry in preparation for the big stage.

NFL Flag Edmonton Regional Tournament

On May 3rd, the All-Star team will travel to Edmonton to compete in the NFL Flag Edmonton Regional Tournament — a premier flag football event bringing together top talent from across the region. This is a chance for our athletes to compete at a high level and experience what flag football is all about.

The Road to the Pro Bowl

The stakes couldn’t be higher. Teams that win the Regional Tournament will earn an invitation to the NFL Flag Canadian National Championship, where the best teams from across Canada battle it out. National Championship winners will then have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to compete in an international tournament at the Pro Bowl — one of the biggest stages in football.

Who Can Participate

Under 10 (U10) – Birthdate Between: August 2^nd 2016 – 2018
Under 12 (U12) – Birthdate Between: August 2^nd 2014 – August 1^st 2016
Under 14 (U14) – Birthdate Between: August 2^nd 2012 – August 1^st 2014

Practice Schedule

Location: Calgary Rugby Union Fields – 9025 Shepard Rd SE, Calgary, AB T2C4R6

Dates and Times:

• Friday April 17^th: 10U – 6:00 – 7:00pm | 12U – 7:00 – 8:00pm | 14U – 8:00 – 9:00pm
• Friday April 24^th: 6-8 pm (all age groups)
• Friday May 1^st: 6-8 pm (all age groups)

NFL Flag Edmonton Regional Tournament

Location: Beaumont Multi-Use Turf Field – 5417 43 Ave, Beaumont, AB
Date: Sunday May 3^rd (All Day) – Time to be announced closer to date

Equipment

All equipment will be provided by Raw Sports.

Participants are responsible for bringing the following:

• Water Bottle
• Shorts (no pockets)
• Cleats
• Football gloves (optional)

Jersey Sizes

You will be using your Jr. Cardinals Jersey (or provided one if you need a new jersey)

Please Note

Families of All Star players are responsible for all travel, accommodation and other costs associated with tournaments.
