RAW Fall 2025 Mentorship Program

August – December 7, 2025 (16 Weeks)

It’s not just about getting better — it’s about becoming someone who understands their game, their body, their habits, and their goals. It’s about having someone in your corner who’s been where you’re going — who can guide, challenge, and support you week after week.

Choose Your Coach

This isn’t just a mentorship program — it’s a commitment to becoming the athlete you’re capable of becoming. The season will test your habits, your focus, and your identity. Your coach will help you grow through it all.

Tier 1 

Elite Performance & Recruiting Preparation

  • Ideal for top Grade 11/12 athletes with next-level aspirations or current high school athletes being actively recruited.

  • Mentors are current or retired professional football players.

  • Focused on preparing for university football, showcasing performance, and navigating recruiting.

You’re not just chasing a dream — you’re preparing to step into it.

Tier 2

 High School In-Season Development

  • For athletes looking to elevate their play and football IQ during the fall season.

  • Mentors are experienced university players who understand the high school grind and how to stand out.

  • A great fit for athletes building momentum toward a strong junior/senior year.

This tier helps you shift from participant to leader — physically, mentally, and tactically.

Tier 3

Foundational Support for Developing Athletes

  • Designed for newer or younger high school athletes seeking to make significant progress in their development.

  • Mentors are first-year or younger university athletes who bring fresh experience and relatable guidance.

  • Ideal for players focused on building strong habits, improving confidence, and gaining football structure.

Here, mentorship is about laying the foundation to become the athlete you want to be.

What’s Included

Biweekly 1-on-1 Coaching Calls (1 Hour Each)
These are more than check-ins. These are in-depth explorations of your goals, your film, your mindset, and your performance. Topics may include:

  • Technical film review and position-specific feedback

  • Academic and lifestyle accountability

  • Recruiting strategy and outreach planning

  • In-season performance, mindset, and weekly focus

Biweekly Team Zooms (All Tiers Welcome)
Hosted by RAW staff and guest mentors, these sessions help athletes zoom out and reflect:

  • How to train smart during the season

  • How to approach recruiting with confidence and strategy

  • How to lead yourself through adversity and fatigue

  • How to stay aligned with bigger goals, week by week

Weekly Recovery, Mobility & Performance Programming
Even the best athletes get derailed without proper recovery. We equip you with tools to:

  • Recover faster between games and practices.

  • Improve joint health, mobility, and movement quality.

  • Stay sharp and explosive throughout the whole season.


Spots Are Limited

Every coach works with only three athletes for the entire 16-week program. That’s intentional. We believe real mentorship takes time, trust, and consistency — and that’s only possible when it’s kept personal.

Once a mentor is full, they’re unavailable until winter.

Step 3: Lock in your spot — and commit to making this your most intentional, structured, and focused season yet.
