Football athletes ages 13–18
All positions welcome
Program Structure (2026 Summer Block)
Length: June 1 – August 15 (11 Weeks)
Start Date: Monday, June 1
End Date: Saturday, August 15
Format: In-person training
This is a structured summer performance block designed to prepare athletes for fall training camp.

Strength & Conditioning (Gym – 90 Minutes)

Fully supervised, coach-led training environment
Training Capacity
To maintain coaching quality and proper athlete-to-coach ratios, group numbers are capped.
If registration exceeds capacity, a second gym training block (7:30 – 9:00 PM on M/W/F) may open. Speed and field sessions remain the same for all athletes.
Athletes who register early will be placed in the 6:00 PM training block. Later training time requests will not be accommodated unless the second group threshold is reached.
