Who Can Attend?

Peewee, Bantam, and High School football players — all positions welcome.


Program Structure

  • Duration: 7 weeks | 19 total sessions (no session July 1st or August 3rd)
  • Dates: Monday, June 29th – Friday, August 14th, 2026
  • Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | 6:00 – 7:30 PM
  • Format: In-person at Edge School

What’s Included

  • 3 × 90-minute sessions per week (Monday / Wednesday / Friday)
  • 19 total sessions over 7 weeks

Add-On: 2026 Calgary High School Summer Football Field Camp

Program Overview

The RAW x Edge Football Training Program delivers a comprehensive, age-appropriate development curriculum designed to improve performance, durability, and long-term athletic development.

Strength & Conditioning

  • Structured resistance training focused on football-specific strength and power
  • Emphasis on proper technique and safe movement patterns
  • Exercises include squats, deadlifts, presses, Olympic-style movements, and accessory lifts
  • Muscular and cardiovascular endurance development to support late-game performance
  • Mobility and flexibility training to improve range of motion and reduce injury risk

Speed & Agility

  • Progressive speed development focused on acceleration and max-velocity mechanics
  • Lateral movement, change-of-direction, and agility training
  • Designed to translate strength and power gains into functional on-field speed

Training Environment & Values

As with all RAW programs, sessions emphasize “competitive fun” in a structured but engaging environment. Athletes are challenged, supported, and coached with intent.

All sessions are led by experienced coaches with backgrounds in CFL, U SPORTS, and high school football, as well as NCCP certification.
