Who Can Attend?
Open to athletes in Grades 7–12, all positions welcome.
Athletes are placed in training groups based on age, performance, and experience to ensure an appropriate level of challenge and development.

Fall Phase: August to December

There are no field sessions during the fall phase — the focus is entirely on in-season performance and support.
Program Purpose
The RAW x WinSport Fall Program is designed to help athletes maintain peak performance, reduce injury risk, and stay physically prepared throughout their competitive season.
Our team collaborates closely with Winsport’s world-class performance staff to deliver an in-season training system that supports long-term development, without interfering with team schedules.
This phase helps athletes:

Preserve the strength, speed, and explosiveness built in the off-season.

Stay durable and resilient through weekly competition.

Sharpen focus, recovery, and academic discipline.
Fall Training Schedule
Athletes train once per week, with a structure tailored to their competition level:

Community Athletes (Atom, Peewee, Bantam):
Sunday sessions (late morning / early afternoon — times TBD) -
High School Athletes:

August: 3x/week lifts (Mon/Wed/Fri) from Aug 4–16

Beginning Sunday, Aug 17, athletes transition to 1x/week Sunday lifts through December.

Sessions will focus on high-intensity power development, movement quality, and football-specific lifting progressions. Each group will continue with structured progression and expert guidance in a competitive, high-performance environment.

RAW Mentorship Program (Optional Add-On)
The RAW Mentorship Program operates independently of Winsport training; however, all Winsport athletes are eligible for a 25% discount on registration.
Mentorship includes:

A 16-week commitment with biweekly 1-on-1 Zoom sessions

Athletes choose their mentor based on schedule and coaching style.

Sessions include film review, academic guidance, recruiting prep, in-season training, and more
