2026 Training Program
The football landscape in Calgary has never been more competitive. The difference between making it to the next level and falling short is preparation. The 2026 RAW x WinSport Program is designed to transform how athletes train — combining football-specific coaching with WinSport’s world-class facilities and performance systems. This isn’t just another training option; it is the program that raises the bar for football development in Calgary.
At RAW Sports, our mission extends beyond performance. We believe in developing great athletes and even greater people. Through accountability, consistency, and structure, we equip athletes with the tools and habits they need to succeed both on and off the field.
Program Highlights

-
Support Beyond Training: Academic advising, monthly nutrition education, and bi-weekly Football IQ film sessions are built into the schedule to support long-term growth.

Program Flow
Unlike generic training options, this program is tailored to each athlete’s specific competition calendar. The phases align with school football, spring football, early university transitions, and youth seasons, so athletes always train with intention, in sync with their real commitments.
Off-Season (Jan-Jul): Strength, speed, and field sessions to build the foundation.
Pre-Season Prep (Early Aug): Three sessions per week to sharpen performance and confidence before competition.
In-Season Support: Weekly Saturday (Spring) or Sunday (Fall) lifts and mobility work to maintain strength and recovery.
Reset Phase (Nov–Dec): Three weekly sessions focused on recovery, mobility, and reloading before the next cycle.
Each age group follows this structure with slight adjustments to match their schedules — whether that means transitioning to university in August, managing spring football, or younger athletes beginning their season earlier.

Week-to-Week Schedule
Monday & Wednesday: One group trains on the track (90 minutes), the other in the weight room (90 minutes), then rotates for the next session.

Ongoing: Academic, nutrition, and film sessions integrated throughout the year.
