  • All 1-on-1 sessions are scheduled based on the coach’s posted availability.

  • Athletes will choose their preferred coach and time slot during registration.

  • Coaches will have a set availability window (e.g. Sundays 2–5 PM MST) — these windows are non-negotiable and cannot be changed after selection.

  • Once all three athlete slots are filled for a coach, that coach is no longer available for the remainder of the program.

2. Team Meeting Attendance

  • Biweekly team meetings are mandatory and held via Zoom at preset times listed in the program calendar.

  • These sessions cover essential topics, including in-season training, recruiting, and mindset.

  • If an athlete is unable to attend a live team meeting, a recording will be provided; however, consistent live attendance is highly encouraged for optimal participation and engagement.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any 1-on-1 reschedule requests.

  • Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on the coach’s availability.

  • If 24 hours’ notice is not provided, the session will be marked as missed and forfeited.

4. Missed Meetings

  • Missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded under any circumstances.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) are considered missed sessions.

  • We strongly recommend athletes set calendar reminders and communicate proactively if conflicts arise.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you choose to withdraw from the program mid-season, you will be reimbursed 50% of the remaining program value from the date of cancellation.

  • This refund applies only to the unused portion of the program from the date of cancellation forward.

  • No refunds will be provided for missed sessions or for schedule conflicts that arise after enrollment.

6. Coach Commitments
